Set up your crew profile
Set up your crew account so producers can find you with the right role and rate. This is the quick checklist — for the full picture, see Getting started as crew.
Step by step
- Complete your profile. Open it from the person icon in the top-right, tap Edit, and fill in your name, photo, and contact details. Add the VAT number and bank account (IBAN) that appear on your deal memos and invoices — these are encrypted and only ever shown to you as the last few digits.
- Add your specializations. Each one is a department plus a job title, with a day rate for that combination. Set a rate per specialization so producers see the right number when they search for crew. You can add as many as you work in.
- Keep your details current. Producers search on role and location, so an up-to-date profile is what gets you found and booked. Your availability follows from your bookings automatically — see what producers see.
Use show value on the Specializations section to check your day rates before a producer does. Rates stay masked by default.
