Welcome to CrewShift

CrewShift is where film productions and their crew handle the business side of a shoot together — building the schedule, agreeing rates, tracking hours, and getting paid. This short guide explains how the pieces fit together.

What you can do here

• Producers create projects, build their crew, negotiate deals, decide who approves hours, and pay invoices.
• Crew accept offers, sign their deal, clock in and out on shooting days, and invoice for approved hours.

Both sides always see the same up-to-date information, so there's no chasing spreadsheets or emails.

Finding your way around

The bar along the bottom of the screen is your main navigation:

• Today (crew) or Dashboard (producer) — your home screen.
• Projects — everything for one production, organised into tabs.
• Inbox — anything waiting on you: offers, deal memos, timesheets to approve, and invoices.

Getting help

Look for the small ? icons next to the trickier features — each one opens a short explanation right where you are, without leaving the screen.
